Shipping Policy

Processing is from the time you order until we ship your package and it can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday).

Shipping Delivery: We will ship your package via USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days). Business days do not include weekends. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. You should receive an email from Ellevated Wellness with your tracking information. The tracking number will allow you to know your exact delivery date.

Standard Shipping Timeline: Orders delivered within the 48 states should arrive in 3 – 6 business days from the time of ordering, depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico could take an additional 2 – 3 days for delivery.

International Shipping: Rates vary depending on location.

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Ellevated Wellness products. We greatly value you as a customer and want to ensure you are fully satisfied. If you find your product/s to be damaged, we will happily replace it.

 

If your product was damaged during shipping, please email us a photo of the damaged or broken product inside the shipping box. This photo is required to receive a full refund. Once we receive your photo of the damaged or broken product, we will ship a replacement unit to you immediately. To begin the process, please email support@ellevatedwellness.com and include a) your order number, b) your photo of the damaged product, and c) an explanation of the damage. We will then ship the replacement product to you asap.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase order to receive your replacement product or refund.
